Amcor is seeking a Process and Tooling Engineer to lead all ISBM tooling activities, from concept to qualification, across manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with Product Development, R&D, Operations, and Quality to ensure tooling designs meet safety, quality and performance standards.

The role requires strong project management, tooling design review, and continuous improvement across multiple plants, with a focus on process optimization and supplier coordination.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline is required.
• Minimum 5–8 years of plastics packaging manufacturing or tooling engineering experience.
• Experience with Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) tooling and vendors is required.
• Experience with mold qualification, validation, and process optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead mold sampling, process qualification and validation for new/rebuilt molds.
• Optimize molding processes to meet specs and cycle times.
• Manage tooling projects from concept through implementation.
• Provide technical leadership across product development, operations and QA teams.
