Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a Process and Tooling Engineer to lead ISBM tooling projects, mold qualification, and process optimization across manufacturing operations in the United States.

You will collaborate with Product Development, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and vendors to ensure safety, quality, and performance meet customer requirements and standards. Strong engineering leadership is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing/Plastics Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Lead mold sampling, process qualification, and validation for new, replacement, and rebuilt molds.
• Optimize molding processes to meet specs at designed cycle times.
• Establish validated baseline processes and maintain Master Process Sheets.
• Create and maintain Process of Adjustment (POA) documentation and baseline operating parameters.
• Support machine startups for new or modified tooling and machines.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting processes, machines, tooling, quality, and productivity issues.
• Perform DOE, process capability studies, and validation testing.
• Lead tooling design reviews and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain databases of tooling, processes, machinery, and production equipment.
