Amcor Flexibles, LLC in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Process and Tooling Engineer to lead all ISBM tooling, process development, validation, and equipment qualification across operations. You will guide mold design, tooling specifications, and production readiness while collaborating with Product Development, R&D, Operations, and Quality teams to meet safety and quality goals.

The role requires strong project management, process improvement, and technical leadership, with responsibilities spanning

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Plastics Engineering or related technical discipline.
Minimum 5–8 years in plastics packaging manufacturing, process or tooling engineering.
Experience with ISBM tooling and vendors; mold qualification, validation, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with CAD, SAP, Windchill, Salesforce, MS Project and Excel; knowledge of DOE/ SPC is a plus.

Aufgaben

Lead mold sampling, process qualification, and validation for new/rebuilt molds.
Optimize molding processes to meet specs at designed cycle times.
Develop and maintain process documentation and baseline operating parameters.
Support startup, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across plants.
