Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Process and Tooling Engineer to lead ISBM tooling, process development, validation, and qualification across manufacturing operations. You will manage tooling projects from concept to implementation, providing technical leadership in mold design, process optimization, and equipment qualification.

You will collaborate with Product Development, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and vendors to ensure tooling and production systems meet safety, quality and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing related field or equivalent.
• 5–8 years in plastics packaging or tooling engineering preferred.
• Experience with ISBM tooling, mold qualification, validation and DOE.

Responsibilities

• Lead all blow molding tooling projects from concept through implementation.
• Optimize molding processes to meet dimensional, visual, and performance specs.
• Coordinate with Product Development, R&D, Operations and vendors.
• Develop tooling standards, BOMs, and qualification documentation.
• Provide technical leadership in process validation and troubleshooting.
