Job summary

Clarivate Plc is hiring an Implementation Consultant to join our Intellectual Property team. You will partner with clients to deploy Clarivate software, guiding implementation, adoption, and best practices while delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will work on end-to-end projects, analyze requirements, troubleshoot with Product/Support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive delivery. This is a hybrid role requiring EST business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of client implementation or client-facing experience.
• IP experience or education in Intellectual Property.
• 1+ year of Salesforce experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and deploy Clarivate software products using technical skills and domain knowledge.
• Analyze and interpret business requirements, use cases, workflows, and data to implement solutions.
• Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot software product issues with Product and Support teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
• Provide support and knowledge sharing across all phases of implementation projects.
• Perform and document implementation tasks using defined procedures and systems.
• Contribute to development and improvement of standard procedures.
