Job summary

Clarivate is hiring an Implementation Consultant to join our Intellectual Property team. You will partner with clients to deploy Clarivate software solutions, guiding them through implementation, adoption, and best practices.

You will manage end-to-end projects, solve complex challenges, and help customers maximize value while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will work in a customer-facing role, collaborating with Product and Support teams to ensure successful delivery and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• 5+ years of experience in a client implementation or client-facing role
• Intellectual Property experience or education
• 1+ year of Salesforce experience

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and deploy solutions using Clarivate software products, utilizing technical skills and domain knowledge
• Analyze and interpret business requirements, use cases, workflows, and data to implement appropriate solutions
• Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot software product issues in collaboration with Product and Support teams
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure cohesive service implementation delivery
• Provide support and knowledge sharing throughout all phases of the implementation project scope
• Perform and document implementation tasks using defined procedures and systems
• Contribute to the development and improvement of standard procedures
