Job summary

Clarivate Plc is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our Intellectual Property team in the United States. You will partner with clients to deploy Clarivate software, guiding them through implementation, adoption, and best practices, and manage end-to-end projects.

The role is client-facing and requires collaboration with Product and Support teams. Hybrid work with EST hours; base salary $70,000–$90,000 plus bonus, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and deploy solutions using Clarivate software products, utilizing technical skills and domain knowledge.
• Analyze and interpret business requirements, use cases, workflows, and data to implement appropriate solutions.
• Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot software product issues in collaboration with Product and Support teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure cohesive service implementation delivery.
• Provide support and knowledge sharing throughout all phases of the implementation project scope.
• Perform and document implementation tasks using defined procedures and systems.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of standard procedures.
