Clarivate plc is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our Intellectual Property team. In this customer-facing role, you will partner with clients to deploy Clarivate software solutions, guiding implementation, adoption, and best practices.

You will manage end-to-end projects, solve complex challenges, and help customers maximize value while delivering an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include implementing, configuring, and deploying solutions, analyzing business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
5+ years of experience in a client implementation or client-facing role.
Intellectual Property experience or education.
1+ year of Salesforce experience.

Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and deploy solutions using Clarivate software products.
Analyze and interpret business requirements, use cases, workflows, and data to implement appropriate solutions.
Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot software product issues with Product and Support teams.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
Provide support and knowledge sharing throughout all phases of the implementation project scope.
Perform and document implementation tasks using defined procedures and systems.
Contribute to the development and improvement of standard procedures.
