Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in a client implementation or client-facing role.
• Prior work experience as a patent paralegal or in the IP industry.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and deploy Clarivate software products using technical skills and domain knowledge.
• Analyze and interpret business requirements, use cases, workflows, and data to implement solutions.
• Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot software product issues with Product and Support teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
• Provide support and knowledge sharing throughout all implementation phases.
• Perform and document implementation tasks using defined procedures and systems.
• Contribute to development and improvement of standard procedures.
