Job summary

Clarivate is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our Intellectual Property team. In this customer-facing role, you will partner with clients to deploy Clarivate software solutions, guiding them through implementation, adoption, and best practices.

You will manage end-to-end implementation projects, analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues with Product and Support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive service delivery across multiple client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a client implementation or client-facing role.
• Experience as a patent paralegal or in the IP industry.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and deploy Clarivate software solutions, utilizing technical skills and domain knowledge.
• Analyze and interpret business requirements, use cases, workflows, and data to implement appropriate solutions.
• Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot software product issues in collaboration with Product and Support teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure cohesive service implementation delivery.
• Provide support and knowledge sharing throughout all phases of the implementation project scope.
• Perform and document implementation tasks using defined procedures and systems.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of standard procedures.
