Job summary

Clarivate is hiring an Implementation Consultant to join our Intellectual Property team. In this customer-facing role, you will partner with clients to deploy Clarivate software solutions, guiding them through implementation, adoption, and best practices, while delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will manage end-to-end projects, analyze requirements, and collaborate with Product and Support teams to solve complex challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in a client implementation or client-facing role.
• IP industry experience, such as patent paralegal work.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and deploy Clarivate software solutions.
• Analyze business requirements, use cases, and data to design solutions.
• Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot software issues with Product and Support teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
• Provide knowledge sharing across all phases of the implementation project.
• Perform and document implementation tasks using defined procedures.
• Contribute to developing and improving standard implementation procedures.
