Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Practice Innovation Attorney to serve as the innovation partner for the Intellectual Property Practice Specialty Center (PSC). The role focuses on improving legal service delivery, knowledge management, and workflow optimization through AI-enabled solutions, while ensuring attorney judgment guides all work product.

The position requires a J.D. and at least five years of experience in law, knowledge management, or legal operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Innovation liaison for the IP PSC, advising on innovation and knowledge management.
• Identify opportunities to improve legal service delivery, knowledge sharing, productivity, and client value.
• Translate client needs into actionable knowledge, workflows, and technology initiatives.
• Develop and govern knowledge assets, playbooks, precedents, and reusable assets.
• Analyze workflows for automation, AI enablement, and scalable solutions.
• Coordinate with technology and business teams to ensure secure, scalable implementations.
