The position requires a J.D. and at least 5 years’ experience in innovation, legal operations, or knowledge management, with strong communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• J.D. and a 4-year degree required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a practicing attorney or in knowledge management, innovation, or legal operations.
• Proven experience with legal technology, generative AI, knowledge management principles, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Practice Innovation liaison for the IP PSC, advising on innovation and knowledge management.
• Develop and govern knowledge assets (playbooks, precedents, templates) for reuse across matters.
• Analyze workflows to identify automation and AI-enabled opportunities and translate into scalable solutions.
• Develop training and adoption programs to enable attorneys and staff to use new tools and processes.
• Lead projects to improve client value and practice efficiency from concept to implementation.
