Job summary
Husch Blackwell LLP seeks a Practice Innovation Attorney to lead innovation within the IP Practice Specialty Center, focusing on knowledge management, AI-enabled workflows, and scalable solutions. Qualifications
- J.D. and a 4-year degree required.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a practicing attorney or in knowledge management, innovation, or legal operations.
- Proven experience with legal technology, generative AI, knowledge management principles, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead innovation and knowledge management projects for the IP PSC from concept through implementation.
- Develop scalable assets: playbooks, precedents, templates, prompts, and knowledge repositories.
- Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled solutions; pilot tools and measure impact.
- Deliver training and materials to promote adoption of knowledge resources and tools.
- Support client presentations, proposals, and business development initiatives showcasing Innovation capabilities.
