You will analyze legal workflows, develop scalable knowledge assets, and bridge between practitioners, technology teams, and business functions to translate needs into practical, sustainable solutions that increase efficiency and client value.

Qualifications

• J.D. and a 4-year degree in a relevant field required.
• Proven experience with legal technology, generative AI, knowledge management principles, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation, knowledge management, and workflow improvement projects from concept through implementation.
• Develop and deliver training and support materials for knowledge resources and tools.
• Advise attorneys on effective use of firm tools and knowledge assets and promote adoption.
