Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Practice Innovation Attorney to serve as the innovation partner for the IP Practice Specialty Center. The role focuses on improving legal service delivery through knowledge management, workflow optimization, and technology adoption while aligning with attorney judgment.

You will partner with practice leaders and business teams to design and implement innovative approaches that scale client value and efficiency.

Formación

• J.D. and a 4-year degree in a relevant field are required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an attorney or in knowledge management, innovation, or legal operations.
• Experience with legal technology, generative AI, knowledge management principles, and process improvement.
• Ability to identify business challenges and drive scalable solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the IP PSC innovation liaison, advising on innovation and knowledge management.
• Develop, prototype, test, and govern knowledge assets (playbooks, templates, precedents).
• Identify automation and AI-enabled workflows and translate into scalable solutions.
• Evaluate and pilot legal tech tools; recommend purchases and retirements.
• Coordinate with technology and business teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
• Deliver trainings and adoption programs with Learning team.
