Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Practice Innovation Attorney to advance innovation within the Intellectual Property Practice Specialty Center. This remote role partners with attorneys, leaders, and business teams to design AI-enabled workflows, knowledge assets, and scalable solutions that enhance legal service delivery and client value.

Responsibilities include developing and delivering training, piloting new technologies, and driving adoption across matters.

Qualificações

• J.D. and 4-year degree required.
• 5+ years as attorney or in knowledge management/innovation.
• Experience with legal technology, generative AI, KM, and process improvement.
• Ability to identify business challenges and drive organizational change.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead innovation projects for the IP PSC from concept through implementation.
• Develop knowledge assets, templates, and playbooks for reuse.
• Pilot and evaluate AI tools; recommend purchases or retirements.
• Train attorneys and staff; promote adoption with practical use cases.
• Measure adoption and impact; share learnings across PSCs and the firm.
