Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Practice Innovation Attorney to serve as the innovation partner for the Intellectual Property Practice Specialty Center. You will help improve legal service delivery through knowledge management, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled solutions, aligning with attorney judgment.

The role interfaces with practice leaders, attorneys, and business teams to translate needs into practical, scalable, and secure workflows and assets.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. and a 4-year degree required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a practicing attorney or in knowledge management, innovation, or legal operations.
• Proven experience with legal technology, generative AI, knowledge management principles, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead innovation, knowledge management, and workflow improvement projects for the IP PSC from concept through implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve legal service delivery, knowledge sharing, productivity, and client value.
• Develop training materials and support adoption of tools and workflows.
• Coordinate with technology teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
• Assist in client presentations and proposals showcasing innovation capabilities.
