Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Practice Innovation Attorney to serve as the innovation partner for the IP Practice Specialty Center. You will help improve service delivery, knowledge management, and AI-enabled workflows while ensuring attorney judgment guides all work.

You will collaborate with attorneys, practice leaders, and business teams to translate needs into practical, scalable solutions that enhance client value and firm efficiency.

Formación

• J.D. and a 4-year degree required.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a practicing attorney or in knowledge management, innovation, or legal operations.
• Proven experience with legal technology, generative AI, knowledge management principles, and process improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to identify business challenges, develop practical, scalable solutions, and drive organizational change.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary Practice Innovation liaison for the IP PSC, providing strategic advice on innovation and knowledge management matters.
• Develop, prototype, test, refine, maintain, and govern knowledge assets and solutions reusable across matters and practice groups.
• Analyze legal workflows to identify automation opportunities and translate into scalable workflows and assets.
• Evaluate and pilot legal technology and AI tools, with recommendations on purchases and retirements.
• Coordinate with technology and business teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions aligned with firm governance.
