Responsibilities

• Lead legal counsel for SIE’s Game Protection Program in the Americas.
• Develop enforcement strategies addressing piracy and unauthorized game modifications.
• Advise on DMCA notice-and-takedown, counternotices, and safe harbors.
• Coordinate with PlayStation Studios and security teams on content‑protection risks.
• Work with investigators and outside counsel to translate tech data into enforcement actions.
