Qualifications

• J.D. from a U.S. law school.
• Current member in good standing of a U.S. state bar; California Bar preferred.
• If not admitted in California, eligible to obtain Registered In-House Counsel status in CA promptly after hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage IP litigation with outside counsel and budgets.
• Respond to subpoenas and information requests.
• Strategize with leadership on IP litigation risks and pre-litigation matters.
• Develop policies, procedures, playbooks, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with regional teams (UK, Europe, Asia) on disputes.
• Mentor attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
