Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of IP docketing experience in Trademark.
• Strong experience with domestic and foreign trademark and TTAB matters.
• Proficient in US and international docketing procedures and audits.
• Paralegal studies/college degree beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Read, sort, and distribute incoming mail from USPTO and foreign agencies.
• Maintain daily docket clearance and update filing logs.
• Provide guidance on complex docket questions for IP team.
• Maintain accurate docket database and generate reports.
• Manage electronic files in PATTSY and upload to matter pages.
• Lead audits and mass data updates as assigned.
