You will handle domestic and international docketing for patents, trademarks, and inter-parties, while preserving confidentiality and meeting firm deadlines.

The role requires deep knowledge of US and international trademark law, strong proofreading, and proficient use of docket software and MS Office.

Qualificações

• Minimum five years of IP docketing experience in Trademark.
• Strong experience with domestic and foreign trademark and TTAB matters.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Read, sort, and distribute mail from USPTO and other agencies.
• Maintain daily docket clearance and filing logs.
• Provide guidance on complex docket-related questions for IP team.
• Maintain an accurate docket database and generate reports.
• Save client documents to PATTSY and upload images to matter page.
• Process abandoned and inactive files.
• Maintain electronic global docket calendar for patents, trademarks, and inter-parties.
• Maintain confidentiality with attorneys, staff and clients.
• Ensure accuracy of docketing per CFR, clients, and agencies.
• Maintain e-files through IP Management System/iManage.
• Lead audits and mass bibliographic data updates.
