Troutman Pepper Locke LLP is seeking a Docketing Analyst to support IP attorneys and staff by managing docket portfolios, ensuring timely filing and accurate record-keeping for domestic and international matters.

You will work with the Docket team to audit records, answer complex inquiries, and maintain confidentiality while delivering high-quality, precise docket updates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of US and international trademark law and docket actions.
• Proficient with docket software applications.
• Excellent proofreading and data accuracy skills.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and resolve discrepancies in audits.

Responsibilities

• Read, sort, and distribute mail from USPTO and foreign offices.
• Maintain an accurate docket database and generate reports.
• Lead audits of bibliographic data and PTO records.
• Ensure docketing compliance with CFR and client requirements.
• Collaborate with IP team and other departments to support day-to-day operations.
