Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke LLP is seeking a Docketing Analyst to support IP attorneys and staff with accurate client information and deadlines. The role maintains docket portfolios for domestic and international matters, adheres to procedures, and ensures confidentiality across all interactions.

You will work with the Docket team to review documents, manage e-files, and lead audits and mass updates, ensuring data integrity and timely completion of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Read, sort, and distribute mail from USPTO and other agencies.
• Maintain accurate docket database and generate reports.
• Lead audits and mass updates as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily docket clearance and maintain filing logs.
• Provide guidance on complex docket questions for IP team.
• Maintain electronic files in the IP Management System.
• Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and clients while maintaining confidentiality.
