Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Intellectual Property docketing experience in Trademark.
• Strong experience with domestic and foreign trademark and TTAB matters.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Read, sort, and distribute incoming mail from USPTO and foreign agencies.
• Ensure daily docket clearance and maintain filing logs.
• Provide guidance on complex docket-related questions to IP team.
• Maintain accurate docket database and generate reports.
• Save client and legal documents to PATTSY; upload images to matter-level PATTSY page.
• Process abandoned and inactive files.
• Maintain electronic global docket calendar for patents, trademarks and inter-parties.
• Maintain confidentiality of docket information.
• Ensure docketing accuracy per CFR and foreign entities.
• Maintain e-files through IP Management System/iManage integration.
• Lead audits such as US pair inconsistencies and bibliographic audits.
• Lead mass updates and assist with intakes.
