Qualifications

• Experience in technical account management or advisory roles in IoT/telematics.
• Project management and deployment operations experience.
• Knowledge of device and firmware management and related diagnostics.
• Ability to translate fleet-health data into actionable customer guidance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for IoT accounts and document agreed solutions.
• Lead fleet and device health reviews and translate findings into business impact.
• Manage CAN/Modbus profiles, firmware (FOTA) and device operating modes.
• Monitor fleet health and proactively identify and resolve risks.
• Collaborate with deployment, engineering, and sales to ensure successful implementations.
• Lead escalations and coordinate across Support, Engineering and Delivery teams.
