Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a Senior Fleet Manager - BI & Technology to bridge raw IoT data with executive decision making. You will shape the telematics roadmap, build enterprise BI frameworks, and guide fleet electrification, targeting cost optimization and safety across the fleet.

You will lead data engineering efforts, develop predictive maintenance, and present analytical findings to senior leadership. 5–7 years of experience preferred in connected fleet architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, systems engineering, supply chain management, or related quantitative field.
• 5–7 years managing connected fleet architectures, logistics analytics, or transport-focused systems engineering.
• Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) via NAFA or equivalent data analytics certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise telematics platforms, ELD, ADAS, and computer vision hardware deployments.
• Standardize data flows between telematics, ERP, and maintenance databases.
• Design and maintain automated BI dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) for fleet metrics.
• Develop telemetry models using SQL from CAN-bus/ SAE J1939 data.
• Deliver data-driven asset lifecycle and EV roadmaps to executives.
