Job summary

Triton Environmental Consultants, Ltd. seeks an Account Manager to own a portfolio of roughly 8–15 established mid-tier customers. You will grow revenue by expanding product lines and connectivity services, and build multi-threaded relationships across engineering, operations, and leadership.

This is a remote position with regular travel to customer sites in Minnesota. Responsibilities include maintaining quarterly business reviews, developing account plans, and coordinating with the deal desk

Qualifications

• Own revenue growth and retention for 8–15 mid-tier accounts.
• 2–5 years of B2B inside sales or account management experience.
• Experience with CRM tools and data-driven account planning.
• Able to discuss connectivity, integration, and product fit with customers.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio ownership: drive growth and retention across 8–15 accounts.
• Account planning: maintain semi-annual plan and quarterly reviews.
• Relationships: multi-thread with engineering, operations, and procurement.
• Deal execution: coordinate with deal desk and maintain CRM pipeline.
