Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Solutions Manager, Cloud & Connectivity to join a leader in Manufacturing & Automotive. This remote US-based role drives pre-sales, onboarding, and partner enablement, translating IoT and wireless tech into clear proposals and service scopes.

You will collaborate with sales and engineering to craft customer-ready solutions, develop Statements of Work, and support onboarding, leveraging 10+ years in Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture and strong IoT knowledge.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or IT required.
• 10 years in Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of M2M/IoT and IP-based wireless tech.

Responsibilities

• Engage in pre-sales to help drive revenue growth
• Train partners on cloud and connectivity solutions
• Develop proposals and Statements of Work
• Coordinate with sales on technical account activities
• Increase technical awareness of IoT solutions
• Oversee the customer onboarding process
• Serve as a technical expert supporting the sales team
