Job summary

Semtech is seeking a Solutions Manager for AirVantage Connectivity Services and Cloud Management. You will lead field technical pre-sales engineering for large customers, with responsibilities spanning proposal development, technical qualification, and implementation support.

The role focuses on delivering scalable connectivity solutions and cross-functional coordination. You will train partners on MVNO IoT offerings, prepare Statements of Work, and ensure successful onboarding and ROI

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year degree in engineering and/or Information Technology OR equivalent with extensive relevant experience.
• 5+ years of Sales Engineering / Solutions Architect experience in Cellular/IoT/wireless domains.
• Solid understanding of cellular network architectures (2G/3G/4G/5G, NTN, LPWA).
• Familiarity with MNO/MVNO markets and M2M/IoT ecosystems.
• Experience with RESTful APIs in IT architectures and JSON over HTTP.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical engagement to drive revenue in large direct customers, partners, distributors, and SI partners.
• Deliver Sierra Wireless training to partners on MVNO IoT connectivity and cloud management offerings.
• Develop Statements of Work and technical proposals for large projects.
• Coordinate with sales on all technical account activity and ensure alignment.
• Onboard customers technically and gather product/roadmap feedback for internal teams.
• Conduct technical demonstrations to prospects and internal staff.
