Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a seasoned IoT sales enablement consultant to design and present cloud-based and IoT solutions that address customer challenges in automotive, logistics, transportation, and ecommerce. You will engage with customers, propose tailored configurations, and support the sales team with technical depth.

Responsibilities include leading technical discovery, pilots, and proofs of concept for connected vehicles, fleet telematics, and data platforms while staying current on RF, 5G,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in telecom, IT, or network engineering with solution sales experience.
• Experience with IoT solutions in automotive/logistics/ecommerce.
• Ability to lead discovery, pilots, and proofs of concept for IoT programs.
• Strong knowledge of RF, LTE Cat1+/NB, 5G, and mobile networking.
• Experience with cloud and edge computing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engage in customer meetings to identify IoT deployment opportunities and support sales.
• Advise on cloud-based and IoT value-added solutions including connectivity and telematics.
• Maintain up-to-date certifications and technical expertise.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering on IoT offerings.
• Serve as a trusted IoT advisor to automotive OEMs and logistics carriers.
• Lead technical discovery, PoCs, and pilots for connected vehicles and AI use cases.
