Job summary

Metrohm USA, the North American arm of Metrohm AG, is seeking a Field Service Specialist with ion chromatography expertise to serve customers across Florida and portions of southern Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina. The ideal candidate will base in the Tampa Bay area and travel as needed.

You’ll perform installations, repairs, calibrations, preventive maintenance, and trainings on benchtop IC systems; support customers on-site and remotely; and collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry or closely related field.
• 2–4 years hands-on IC repair experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Installations, repairs, calibrations, certifications, preventive maintenance on IC systems.
• Provide on-site and remote support via phone/email/Teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams.
• Manage a dynamic travel schedule across multi-state territory.
