Job summary

Metrohm USA is seeking a Field Service Specialist with ion chromatography expertise to service Florida and portions of southern Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina. The ideal candidate will be based in the Tampa Bay area and travel extensively to support customers across multi-state regions.

You will install, calibrate, repair, and certify benchtop IC systems, provide remote/onsite support, and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry or related field.
• 2–4 years hands-on experience repairing ion chromatography or related lab instrumentation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, calibrate, certify, and maintain benchtop IC systems.
• Support customers on-site and remotely via phone, email, or Teams.
• Collaborate with Process Analytics, Sales, and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage a dynamic, multi-state travel schedule and client engagements.
