Job summary

Metrohm USA is seeking a Field Service Specialist based in the Tampa Bay area to support ion chromatography instruments across Florida and portions of Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina. Travel will be extensive to service customers and ensure peak instrument performance.

You will install, repair, calibrate, and certify IC systems, while providing on-site and remote support as needed. Excellent troubleshooting and communications skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry or closely related science.
• 2–4 years repairing ion chromatography or related lab instruments.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, repairs, calibrations, certifications, and preventive maintenance for benchtop IC systems.
• Provide on-site and remote support via phone, email, Teams.
• Partner with Process Analytics teams to support IC instruments in process systems.
• Manage a dynamic multi-state travel schedule across Florida and nearby states.
• Build strong customer relationships and collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams.
