Metrohm USA, the North American division of Metrohm AG, seeks a Field Service Specialist with ion chromatography expertise to support Florida and parts of southern Georgia, Alabama and South Carolina. The role is based in the Tampa Bay area with travel across the territory.

You will install, calibrate, repair, and maintain benchtop IC systems, provide remote support, and collaborate with Sales and Product teams to deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualificações

• BS/BA in Chemistry or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience repairing ion chromatography or related laboratory instrumentation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Perform installations, repairs, calibrations, certifications, preventive maintenance, and refresher training for benchtop IC systems.
• Support customers on-site and remotely via phone, email, and Teams.
• Partner with Process Analytics teams to support IC instruments in advanced process systems.
• Manage a dynamic multi-state territory schedule.
• Build strong customer relationships through expert service and communication.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
