Job summary

Metrohm USA, a leader in high-precision laboratory instruments, is seeking a Field Service Specialist with ion chromatography expertise. The role covers Florida and portions of southern Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina, with base in the Tampa Bay area.

You will service benchtop IC systems, perform calibrations, and provide remote and on-site support to customers nationwide. You will install, repair, calibrate, certify, and maintain systems, while nurturing strong customer relationships and

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemistry or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on IC instrument repair experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively across territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for IC instruments.
• Perform installations, calibrations, maintenance, and training.
• Travel across Florida and southern Georgia to service customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams for customer success.
