Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a senior supervisor for our Des Plaines, IL invoicing team. This role leads invoicing solutions, drives automation, and ensures accurate monthly invoicing to support cash flow and customer expectations.

You will use SAP, Excel, and other systems to optimize processes while coaching staff for productivity and engagement. The position requires 3+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and a focus on detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations to achieve timely and accurate invoicing to meet cashflow requirements and customer expectations.

• Train and mentor employees, ensure resources to accomplish goals and provide effective feedback.
• Use data to streamline and automate the invoicing process and understand contracts to improve efficiency and automation.
