Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate in Business Administration, Accounting, or Operations Management with 5+ years professional experience.
• 3+ years experience supporting accounting / billing functions.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Strong conflict resolution, communication, and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate day-to-day efforts of billing coordinators.
• Oversee billing of projects and invoices for accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead training and maintain billing documentation.
• Assist with invoicing for large/complex projects over $1M.
• Investigate and resolve invoicing issues with account teams and operations.
• Ensure billing policies are followed and prepare for audits.
