Qualifications

• 2–5 years of supervisory work experience in billing or credit and collections

• Team Management: supervise 8–12 invoicing specialists and set KPIs
• Billing Accuracy and Efficiency: ensure timely NI/MOD billings and audit accuracy
• Communication and Collaboration: lead calls with field orgs and customers; resolve billing disputes
• Process & Technology Improvement: collaborate with RPA designers to automate processes in SAP
