Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking an Invoicing Analyst to join our finance team in Des Plaines, IL. You will drive monthly invoicing, support accruals, and design new billing solutions that bridge financial data with customer service.

You'll collaborate with internal logistics staff and external clients, using Excel, Word, and SAP to manage data, validate inputs, and ensure accurate, timely invoicing while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, math, or a related analytical field.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, invoicing analysis, billing, or AP/AR.
• Advanced Excel skills; Word; SAP experience is a major plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Data Management: Download operational data from internal systems into Excel and prepare data for invoicing.
• Data Validation: Validate data with Logistics Center personnel and verify inputs.
• Solution Design: Create/maintain invoicing templates for weekly, monthly, and ad hoc timelines.
• Invoice Execution: Issue, record, and distribute invoices to clients.
• Financial Analysis: Track invoicing trends and perform variance analyses.
• Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with internal staff and external customers.
• Support & Documentation: Document invoicing processes and respond to billing questions.
