You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, track performance, and provide clients with insights. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in account management, logistics, or a related customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Provide regular updates to clients on shipment status, performance metrics, and any relevant insights.
• Act promptly to address operational issues, shipment delays, or service disruptions, ensuring customer expectations are met.
• Keep clients informed about new services, industry trends, and company updates to maximize engagement and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activity, communications, and opportunities in the company’s CRM system.
