Job summary

Align Technology is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales with Orthodontists and General Dentists in a field-based role across Pennsylvania. You will apply Invisalign and iTero sales strategies to accelerate revenue and increase patient satisfaction while building strong customer relationships.

You will use data to guide decisions, lead territory planning, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver the Align solution suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; minimum 4 years in sales, B2B or medical device background.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Business & Marketing knowledge: cash flow, ROI, P&L discussions.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative selling to educate customers and grow their business.
• Achieve quarterly and annual territory sales targets.
• Manage geography of Orthodontists and General Dentists; onboard high-potential accounts.
• Plan Territory plans and target accounts with potential.
• Create account plans based on account goals, challenges and opportunities.
• Educate customers on Invisalign and iTero products and solutions.
