We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist for a contract opportunity in Orlando, FL, supporting merchandise, inventory planning, purchasing, and vendor coordination functions within a well-known travel, tourism, entertainment, and hospitality environment.
This role is ideal for a professional with experience in inventory management, merchandising, purchasing, retail operations, supply chain, or administrative support who enjoys working with data, purchase orders, vendor communication, and inventory systems. The Inventory Specialist will partner closely with corporate merchandise, planning and allocation, systems, and accounts payable teams to help keep merchandise flowing accurately and on schedule.
This is a strong opportunity to gain hands‑on experience with corporate inventory processes, SAP‑related activities, vendor setup, purchase order tracking, invoice review, and replenishment support. Candidates can expect a collaborative office environment, supportive team interaction, and exposure to multiple areas of merchandise operations.
