Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate paperwork, spreadsheets, and compliance documentation.
• Assist with regulatory compliance paperwork in a manufacturing environment.
• Support export and import paperwork as needed, with training provided.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service & Accounting Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity in San Clemente, CA. Key Responsibilities

• Receive customer sales orders by email and phone, print order documentation, and accurately enter orders into the system.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments to confirm order details, inventory availability, and fulfillment status.
• Support accounting functions including invoicing coordination, purchase order creation, and related paperwork.
• Maintain organized spreadsheets and documentation using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Assist with compliance-related paperwork and detailed documentation in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Support export and import paperwork as needed, with training provided.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $25 to $33 per hour.
• Job type: Temp-to-hire.
• Location: San Clemente, CA.
• Medical benefits available upon permanent hire, with employee medical coverage paid by the company.
• Employees may upgrade to a different medical plan and pay the difference, if desired.
• 401(k) eligibility after 1 year of permanent employment.
• Company match of 3 percent of salary, whether the employee contributes or not.
• Vision and dental benefits are not currently offered.
