Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience or farming knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts including weekends and overtime as needed.
• Greet customers and uncover needs; suggest products.
• Operate forklift and load/unload trucks as required.
• Complete BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation and related reports.
• Collaborate with Store Operations Manager on inventory control and compliance.
