Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Receiver to support store operations with inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. The role emphasizes partnerships with the Store Operations Manager and a shift away from front sidewalk/sidelot tasks.

Essential duties include forklift operation, BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation, and daily reporting while maintaining Legendary Customer Service through GURA. Candidates should be 18+, with a valid license, and willing to work varied hours.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and be flexible to work varied hours.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA and lead by example.
• Receive Direct POs and freight, unload trucks, stage totes, and complete related reports.
• Operate forklift and related equipment; assist customers with loading purchases.
• Complete all documentation accurately and timely and obtain needed certifications.
