Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Receiver to help manage inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines across store operations. The role focuses on receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliations, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

The team focuses on Legendary Customer Service and adherence to standardized operating procedures, with opportunities to support BOPIS/OMNI workflows and monthly inventory reviews.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills/experience required.
• Basic math skills essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to resolve issues ethically.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varying shifts including nights and weekends.
• Greet customers, uncover needs, and recommend product solutions.
• Operate forklift and related equipment safely.
• Process receiving, inventory adjustments, and transfers; support reconciliation.
