Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Receiver to support store operations through inventory control, receiving accuracy, reconciliation, and compliance processes. The role collaborates with the Store Operations Manager to drive efficient, safe, and accurate store performance.

The position emphasizes daily stock handling, order processing, and adherence to company procedures while supporting customer service and operations across shifts.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills and math basics helpful.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service and assist customers.
• Operate forklift and related equipment as needed.
• Receive Direct POs and shipments, and complete related reports.
• Support inventory control, adjustments, and reconciliation.
