Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Receiver to support store operations through accurate receiving, inventory control, reconciliation, and compliance routines. You will handle POs, freight, and transfers, stock and tag merchandise, and ensure safety and quality standards across the backroom and front-of-store areas.

You will collaborate with the Store Operations Manager, maintain attendance, and work varied shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends, to deliver legendary customer

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving is preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming/ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, uncover needs, recommend solutions, and ask to add value.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members to uphold standards.
• Operate forklift and propane inspections as required.
• Receive Direct POs, freight, and transfers; complete shipping/receiving documentation.
• Stock and tag freight; complete fill-to-capacity picklists for the Freight Team.
• Review inventory reports and complete follow-up on discrepancies and reconciliations.
• Partner with Store Operations Manager on inventory control and compliance.
